Andrea Maks
Andrea is a native of the Pacific Northwest who graduated from the University of Washington. She has extensive knowledge of our unique and incredibly desirable landscape. She began her career at Nordstrom and has worked in high tech since 2001. Over the last decade, she has worked extensively with our region’s largest technology firms. Chasen started in real estate over 10 years ago as a developer, contractor, builder, and real estate broker. Tom Shuler
Tom has over 40 years in real estate sales. He likes to say that he is the “resident dinosaur of the office”, and that he has been around, “since dirt was young”. As you can tell, Tom has a fun sense of humor, but in the end, he get’s the job done. He doesn't like to blow his own horn, but Tom is very experienced in selling residential and multi-family properties and has had great success listing storage facilities.

Lambros Politis
As a former attorney working in the area of foreclosure and debt settlement, Lambros used his gifts of empathy and clear thinking to assist clients in decisions regarding mortgages and personal debt. He now uses those same gifts working with businesses and privately held companies on their commercial real estate transactions. Lambros is regularly invited to speak at other brokerages about his experiences, teaches continuing education classes for real estate brokers, and is the author of the popular book, “The Complete Guide to Short Sales”, published in 2013.
