Lambros is the newest member of the Commercial Advantage team. In his previous life as a consumer debt attorney, Lambros managed a dedicated team committed to providing quality debt settlement services to distressed homeowners and consumer borrowers. Utilizing his gifts of empathy and clarity and drawing on his years of experience, he assisted homeowners in making informed decisions regarding their mortgage and personal debt. Lambros is regularly invited to speak at John L. Scott, Coldwell Banker, and Windermere real estate brokerages. He also teaches continuing education classes at the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors as well as at the Rockwell Institute. He is the author of the popular book, the Complete Guide to Short Sales, published in 2013. After a 5-year stint managing one of Washington's most successful foreclosure defense firms, Lambros has since shifted his focus away from the practice of law and towards commercial real estate transactions and the sale of businesses and privately held companies.
Steve has been involved in real estate for almost 40 years as a developer, builder, and real estate broker, specializing in research and marketing. He has headed up a number of companies and joint ventures, producing construction trend reports for major companies as well as using his expertise in many building and development ventures.
Kate has built her career over 17 years, in projects spanning from residential resale, to corporate relocation and representation of bank owned properties; from new construction site management and land acquisition, to the sale and leasing of commercial properties. Her marketing plan follows the very basic techniques of targeting specific buyers known to purchase similar properties, and offering opportunities to benefit both sellers and buyers.
